要注意液壓升降機(jī)氣蝕和溢流噪聲，液壓升降機(jī)作業(yè)中要時(shí)刻注意液壓泵和溢流閥的聲音，如果液壓泵出現(xiàn)“氣蝕”噪聲，經(jīng)排氣后不能消除，應(yīng)查明原因排除故障后才能使用。如果液壓升降機(jī)某執(zhí)行元件在沒有負(fù)荷時(shí)動(dòng)作緩慢，并伴有溢流閥溢流聲響，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢修。操作手要保持穩(wěn)定，因?yàn)槊颗_(tái)設(shè)備操縱系統(tǒng)的自由間隙都有一定差異，連接部位的磨損程度不同因而其間隙也不同，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)及液壓系統(tǒng)出力的大小也不盡相同。
